High yield performance While conventional tubular cutters typically achieve a yield of around 40%, the FAP-3000 delivers a yield of approximately 53% after coring. Slim and precise coring The core is securely held from both ends, ensuring accurate alignment and precise coring. With a slim 30 mm core diameter, the machine removes only what is necessary, maximizing edible yield. Coring can be enabled or disabled via settings, depending on processing needs. 04.
